A.B.O.D.E. is a cultural home.  The name is an acronym — each letter belonging to a woman in the family who helped raise me. Five women whose grace, fire, faith, and love became the foundation of everything built here.

But A.B.O.D.E. is also a word. A place to live. A place to return to. And it is no accident that the same word that honors these ancestors also describes the journey this brand is built to support — the journey back to yourself.

We believe healing is the revolution. We believe that when Black people come home to themselves, fully and without apology, everything good becomes possible.

Products for the body and the home. Clean, plant-derived, intentional. Rooted in the belief that every environment you inhabit should support your nervous system, your hormones, and your wholeness. We write. We create experiences. We build community. Not scaled. Not rushed. Not sold. Built the way these women lived. On purpose, with grace, and for the long run.
